Short pages, one question each, the answer in the first line. Small changes that make every AI answer better.

Relay is only as good as the docs it reads. The good news: docs that work for AI also work better for people.
One question per page
A page called “Shipping” that covers twelve topics is hard to quote. Twelve short pages, each titled with the customer’s question, are easy.
Answer first, explain second
Put the answer in the first sentence. “You can return unworn items within 30 days” beats three paragraphs about our commitment to quality.
Find the gaps
The insights dashboard lists questions Relay couldn’t answer. Write those pages first.
