Trust is earned per topic. Review mode lets your team see exactly what Relay would say before a customer does.
How it works
With review mode on, every reply waits in a queue. Agents approve, edit or reject it. Edits teach Relay what you’d rather say.
Graduating a topic
Once a topic hits your accuracy bar, say 98% approved without edits, switch it to automatic. Sensitive topics can stay in review forever.
